Summer Social Academy
In a time of severe social isolation, all students can prepare for the upcoming school year through social engagement and exercises in a safe environment with instruction led by a professional clinical social worker.
The Summer Social Academy is a four-week intensive social skill building and self awareness group program launching on August 17th, 2022 for various age groups. Each section of the program has an age-specific curriculum tailored to (1) Pre-K, (2) Elementary School, (3) Middle School, and (4) High School. The Summer Social Academy aims to provide a safe environment to foster social skills amongst peers to practice self awareness, emotion regulation and conversation skills to improve self esteem.
Program Details
When: The program will take place for 1-hour once per week over four weeks from August 17th to September 7th. Specific session times will be worked out on an individual basis with all participants.
Enrollment Deadline: August 10th
Who: The program will be facilitated in sections with age-specific curriculum for the following populations:
Pre-K
Elementary School
Middle School
High School
Where: The Summer Social Academy will be facilitated at Sirona Therapy in Mount Kisco, NY. Sirona Therapy is located at:

Program Fees: The cost for the four-week Summer Social Academy is $55 per week or $200 total if paid upfront.
